Paola and her daughter Alice left my home with a wet bed (in two separate places on one side of the king sized) without mentioning anything to me at all, it was only found after they left and cleaning was taking place. They had lost an Identity card and returned to search the rubbish (which had already been removed from the room) and when I confronted them, I was told it was made by wet towels (which was an absolute lie) because they had actually left all the towels, flannels and bath mat thrown into the wet shower. There was no explanation as to why they hadn't told me. I did have relatives coming that night but I couldn't have them because the mattress and the topper on the bed had to be cleaned. All in all not a good experience.
