  I would never recommend acxepting Flavia's booking. She asked me to pick her up from the airport. I obliged and waited almost an hr for her. When she needed, I even gave her rides to class. She messed up on her booking dates and needed to extend her stay. I already had a booking for her room. I let her stay in my children's room for a few days and relocated them with my mom for a few days so she could have a place to stay. When it was time to pay she then asked for a discount!!! She asked if I could extend her stay even longer and I could not because my children needed their room back. When everything was said and done she left with not one complaint. After my family bent over backwards to accommodate every request she was the only guest I ever had to give me a bad review. She doesn't feel comfortable around minorities so if you are a minority be aware. She actually wrote in her review that is on my page that she is WHITE and she felt very unsafe and uncomfortable when people in my neighborhood would speak to her. This guest was EXTREMELY demanding and needy and constantly asked for discounts. If you ever book her I would recommend collecting all money up front. Keep in mind she is likely to give you a bad review if you can''t accommodate her every need!!! Luckily for me this has been my ONLY bad experience with a guest. I just wanted to warn other host, the money you receive will most likely not be worth the hassle. This is my ONLY guest I regret!
