I have spent twelve days in Liverpool with my eleven-year-old son at Lyndsay's house. Our bedroom was at the last floor in their large three storey-house, it was spacious and well equipped (TV, iron, hair dryer, shared fridge in front of the bedroom…). The bathroom was recently renovated and the shower tray was enormous. The house was near the bus stop where we have taken the bus every day to go to the city centre in barely a quarter of an hour. Lyndsay and Norman are caring, intelligent and helpful people with a special sensitivity towards their many objects, books and vinyl records. My son and I enjoyed our stay very much, we both felt completely at home from the first day. We have eaten an abundant breakfast every morning in their large table while we looked at the garden and we have also shared with them several special meals. In my opinion, people must grow up personally with their own life experiences and our stay in their home has contributed to our personal growth. Thanks to Norman for sharing his knowledge with us and to Lyndsay for her attentions. They are now part of our lifes and memories and I sure we will visit them again in the near future.
