  She refused to pay.
  Insisted on checking in whilst a “ friend” was going to pay me via PayPal! Never happened!
  She started haggling on price AFTER booking and arriving.
  She made her way into bathroom with towel yet still not paid!
  Homestay told me not to accept her if she didn’t pay but she made her way down to guesthouse saying she had paid deposit so there...( deposit didn’t cover 1 night even)
  I went down at 9.15pm and had to knock on door of guesthouse to ask for a third time for payment as deadline for her friend to pay was 9pm or asked her to leave.
  Neither happened so l contacted Homestay and a police friend to pop over the following morning just to show his face had she not left as check out time as insisted she’d leave the next day and would just accept the loss as needed her out.
  She is confrontational and makes you feel very uncomfortable, never had that before .
  She is the reason people stop letting out properties !!!
