Susana usually travels with her mother. They are clean and silent. One is a sweethearts, but she is a different one, which is not very interesting. If she asks for the sale of goods or services, she must have all the details for her. Explain why you're having trouble. Do not try to suggest her to go somewhere, because if she think it is bad, she'll put it into your account.
Do not try to help her because she does not appreciate it.
