  Guest used her own personal profile to book in her ‘ husband’. Although she lives in the city, he wasn’t allowed to stay with her. Guest arrived without providing an estimated time of arrival. Guest stayed 2 hr over the checkout time which made it difficult to prepare for the next guest. A nice polite and respectable gentleman.
