I'm located in North Ajax (suburbs) in a cosy, clean, modern house close to local transit and easy access to GoTransit & Hwy 401 and a few minutes from Hwy 407. Shopping, restaurants and anything you need is within 5-10 minutes of my home.

Please clean up after self (ie: dishes, bathroom, etc.)
Please do not eat in your bedroom or keep garbage in your room because it encourages insects.
No smoking in house.
No recreational drugs on premises.
No walking with shoes in house.
No having friends over.
No pets.
Ladies, please wrap your feminine products in toilet paper and place in the garbage – do not flush these because they will clog the toilet.
Please keep your shower time to around 20 minutes.
Please hang towels on the racks to dry. Do not keep wet towels in your room, on the bed or on the floor.
Check-in is after 3 p.m.
Check-out is at 9 a.m. (after breakfast)

Had an amazing time staying with Arnoldene! She is extremely kind, friendly and accommodating. The house is very well kept located in a welcoming and safe neighbourhood. Would highly recommend for anyone staying within the Ajax/Durham area. If I could rate anything above 5 hearts I would in a heartbeat!

From the first time I called her,I was certain that I wouldn't be disappointed with my expectations of staying in a home away from home.
The house is so neat and peaceful. We related as if we've known for ages this really made me feel so relaxed and her hospitality is second to none.

We had a great time at Arnoldene's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located from Kingston Road and very quiet! Arnie is incredible. She was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. She was also flexible with us using the kitchen and other amenities around the house, which literally made us feel like staying in our own home. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities. The most convenient part for us was the freedom to come and go from the house without disturbing Arnie. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Hi Hirak, it was a pleasure having you and Evelyn stay at my home for 4 nights.
I was quite pleased with how comfortable you both were in the kitchen, preparing a meal which you generously shared with me, and leaving the kitchen impeccably clean afterwards. The things that you did that were memorable include cooking that delicious Filipino meal for lunch on Friday, and introducing me to bubble tea and to Filipino fried chicken on Saturday (and leaving extra chicken for me) .
You both were thoughtful each night you returned home late, at no time did you disturb me while I was asleep. You engaged in conversation that allowed me to get to know you both better - all made this stay a super special time and you both were exceptional house guests. You left my home so clean, even putting all used bedding and towels in the laundry before you left on Sunday morning, leaving me with minimal work to prepare for my next guest.
Hirak, you are most welcome in my home anytime you wish to stay here and there's availability. I strongly recommend anyone considering accepting him as a Homestay guest to do so without hesitation.

À quel moment dois-je payer?
Une fois que l'hôte a confirmé sa disponibilité, vous pouvez procéder au paiement des frais de réservation de 15% (maximum de 250 $£€ pour les réservations de longues durées) et un acompte de 25% en utilisant un choix de paiement: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB et PayPal (non disponible dans certains pays). Homestay.com recevra le paiement de l'acompte au nom de l'hôte pour se prémunir contre les annulations tardives (moins de 7 jours avant la date d'arrivée) ou les non-présentations. Vous paierez ensuite à votre hôte le montant du prix à votre arrivée. L'acompte de 25% sera versé à votre hôte 2 jours ouvrables après la date de début de la réservation. Le dépôt ne sera remboursable que si vous annulez la réservation plus de 7 jours avant la date d'arrivée de la réservation.
Quand puis-je partager mes coordonnées?
Les adresses email de l’hôte, de l’invité, les numéros de téléphone et l’adresse domicile seront échangés dans un email envoyé aux deux immédiatement dès qu’une réservation est confirmé. Sachez que, selon nos termes et conditions, ce n'est pas permis que les Invités et les Hôtes échangent leurs coordonnées sur notre système messagerie avant qu'une réservation soit confirmé.
