Getting the chance to stay with Sachiko and Kurara was an amazing opportunity! They were lovely, warm, and inviting hosts who were able to show us a fantastic time. We got to experience a wondrous and authentic Japanese New Year's when we stayed with them, which is something we will never forget. We were glad to start our trip by staying with them, because they helped us learn more about Japanese culture and language customs. If you are looking for a chance for a cultural exchange and are happy to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city, please consider staying with Sachiko and Kurara!

Isabella and her family were lovely and very welcoming! The laundry service she provided (included in the booking price) was immensely helpful! My only critique is the mattress/futon you sleep on is very thin and is difficult to sleep comfortably on if you sleep on your sides back home.
