Carlotta and partner had a positive attitude to travel, loved meeting people and wanted to gain as much cultural experience as they could from their stay. They paid promptly on arrival, brought a thoughtful gift of a book from their area, which I love. We had lively conversations about our two countries, as their English is excellent. Very quickly they felt like friends! We will keep in touch and I hope they re-visit.
