Staying at Alan's place is absolutely wonderful. I stayed at both rooms and enjoyed it thoroughly my stay with him. Alan is a very kind and genuine person who is very open minded and loves to have a good conversation. His family is always around and are extremely genuine. He also provides some great places to eat (like Egg Plantation which is fantastic) and at one point we both went together to eat. It was fantastic and extremely hospitable! The room(s) themselves were very good. Clean, comfortable and modern. There is a fantastic TV in both rooms and the doors are very secure. There is plenty of space and it's in a quiet neighborhood so you won't experience much if any noise! The bathroom's are good and there are plenty of places to go. Albertson's is nearby but the Valencia Mall is a good 10 mins by car and is awesome. Probably one of the best mall's I've been too! There is also a fantastic cinema nearby and a great gym. I would recommend this room to students who need a good place to stay for their internship or someone running on budget for a business trip. It's a terrific deal and worth the price!
