  Giovanni is a very pleasant guy. My issue with his stay was that he did not inform me he was a smoker, he left tobacco stains in the room and wasn't always good at clearing up after himself. While he was thoughtful in not smoking in the house, there were after scents of the tobacco that lingered in the stairway most of the time.
  If he was better domesticated, he would be a perfect guest.
