This is a family home with a double living room, a large fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely terrace and a garden adds to its charm and everything is at your disposal.

The payment is accepted only by bank transfer, please make sure about the transfer of your payment before your arrival.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Pets are not allowed.
Organic and vegan meals are recommended in the kitchen.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Washing Machine can be used once in a week with the permission and guidance of the host.
Objects in room, hall and kitchen are not allowed to be moved, if anything is needed please ask the host. Books are only to read not to be taken away with guests.
Please take care of other guests who may be present there at the same time.

Our stay in the property of Ms.Kaur was just amazing. The hospitality of Ms.Kaur and Mr.Kaur was unparalleled and their facilities viz, Drawing room, kitchen, toilets and also Living room were spotlessly cleaned and in the kitchen everything is available right from Oven to Fridge, Spices, Teabags, Cutleries everything. With their love and care myself and my wife didn't feel for a single moment that we were not in our home in Kolkata,India. We were so lucky that we had been hosted by the family of Ms.Sabine Kaur. We convey our heartiest gratitude to Madam Kaur and Mr,Swaranjit Kaur.

This is my 4th experience of homestaying while travelling. And unfortunately, unlike the first three, it was not a good experience.
It so happened that the owner Kaur Sabine had to leave at the time we arrived. We were met by her husband. He gave us the keys to the room and we never saw him again until we left.
The room was cosy and beautiful. However, it was obvious that it had not been cleaned before we arrived - the floor was dirty. An unpleasant surprise awaited us in the morning - there was no hot water in the shower. I had to wash my hair with cold water. I wrote about it to the hostess, she promised to inform her husband about it. The next morning nothing changed - the water in the shower was still only cold.
The most unpleasant thing was waiting for us on the day of departure. The host accused us of underpaying him and tried to get another 37,50 euros from us in cash, which we had paid to Homestay as a deposit for the host. We showed him a screenshot of the letter from the company where it was clearly written:
Pay Now: €60.00 EUR
Deposit: €37.50 EUR
Booking Fee: €22.50 EUR
Due to Host: €112.50 EUR
The host pretended not to understand us and demanded to pay 37,5 EUR extra as we paid only 112,50 in cash instead of 150. This left a very unpleasant feeling.Host reply

Room was right by the railway track and extremely noisy - it was impossible to sleep and I struggled to locate the property from the station (although it wasn’t that far away). Room was basic and clean with a shared bathroom. All in all, reasonably priced and a lovely host.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
