Small but cozy quiet apartment -
very near to SANDY BEACHES and City but in green safe residential area - Forville fresh market every day /green lung of Cannes called LA CROIX DES GARDES- all in walking distance
it is a bit up hill to walk back to apartment coming from down town
If you like hiking or skiing the alpes reaching up till 3000 m are only at 1.1/2 hour drive

About the Area
The apartment is located about 35 KM from NICE AIRPORT - 1.5 KM from CANNES TRAINSTATION - it takes about 15 mn walk down to town - 5 mn walk up to a big green protected nature area called green lung of CANNES = LA CROIX DES GARDES - 10 min walk to the sandy beaches of PLAGES DU MIDI - from CANNES you can go East toward Italian Border with all these wonderful well reknow places as NICE/MENTON/ANTIBES/JUAN LES PINS/MONACO TO SAN REMO - or go north to GRASSE/perfume - ST PAUL DE VENCE and so so many important old pittoresque villages on the hills - with many GOLF courses - or go WEST towards the VAR - with ST TROPEZ - RAMATUELLE/ STE MAXIME/TOULON/ MARSEILLE/AIX EN PROVENCE etc etc

House Rules
I DON T provide breakfast - feel free to use kitchen but plse clean up after - keep noise to a minimum - important is switching of lights and closing well windows and doors when leaving apartment no smoking in apartment - do not invite strangers into my apartment - plse enjoy yr stay and show respect towards apartment and all that is in it - including me - my apartment is my little treasure and it is very precious to me .. thanking you
I usually go to bed around 11.30 PM - no noise of television or cell phone after bedtime please - respect use of water because very expensive in the South of France - I speak Dutch/French/English and some German - no private parking inside building - parking without fee in the street

I had a perfect stay at Lucie's home during my visit at the Cannes Film Festival.
Lucie is really nice and helpful. The room was very neat and good to stay for some nights. For my next visit I will most certainly come back!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
