Charming architect house
I am proposing a 4pers Loft available in my house, eager to welcome visitors. The Loft can be used by one, up to four people, knowing that the ground floor has a sofa-bed (two people can sleep on it), whereas the mezzanine has a double standard bed.
Calm, safe area, very close to many sought-after outdoor destinations (Meudon forest, Saint-Cloud Park).
Very close to Versailles and its impressive Castle.
I have a dog, and I welcome guests with dogs or cats - I am fond of pets!

About the Area
My house is located in the south of the city in a quiet and safe suburb. It's 2.5 km from the Voie Express Georges-Pompidou and the Peripherique, ±20 mins to city-centre by direct Metro (Ligne 12, Mairie d'Issy stop). Access to Metro/Mairie d'Issy by bus in ±7 minutes, or by foot, down the Rodin Park). Bus stop is a 4 minutes walk from the house, 3 buses available.
5 Minutes to RER C (Issy stop), which is a direct connection to Tour Eiffel, Pont d'Alma, Invalides, Musee d'Orsay, St Michel Notre-Dame (20 mins), Gare d'Austerlitz).
Safe and clean area, with fashion boutiques, specialist shops and trendy bars and restaurants.
Perfect for families and out-door activities - close to Meudon Forest and parks (direct bus connection to Saint-Cloud Park).

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
