House Rules
Please do not make too much noise after 11 pm; Do not bring your guests in the room, Meal on order with extra charge, No alcohol in the room, Do not call out of the room, My work schedule does not provide half board every day, do not use private parties except those indicated for guests. Reservations must be confirmed 6 days in advance and out of respect for me and my family if you change your mind to offer your place to other guests; for any question relating to your stay I could reply to you only by email and never by telephone before your confirmation of arrival. Please take note of the host's rules upon arrival to avoid any misunderstandings. Before booking your stay, make sure that your entry formalities in France are compliant; otherwise I could not help you.The price of the stay is to be paid in full as soon as you arrive (Example if you stay a week you pay the week, two weeks you pay the two weeks, etc ..... If you stay several months, you pay 1 month then l another month after etc ...); if you decide to leave the accommodation before the end of your stay 20% of the remaining amount will be withheld; since during your stay you may be interested in another guest. You can use the kitchen in the evening from 6 pm to 7 pm, for the smooth running of your stay and respect for the family. use the kitchen to warm up or prepare your meals, before this time we will be at your disposal for any requests, we can store your food in the refrigerator.Read the other information posted in the room upon your arrival.

Marie-Helene made me feel at home right away, and we bonded. She and her son were great hosts, very accommodating and helpful. She took time to show me around the community and was attentive to my every needs.

Simply amazing!!! I defenitely had a good time with Helene and his son. They really affectionate and made everything in order I could feel comfortable. The room is large, with a balcony. Ah! And shee cook really well! :)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
