A country street in the heart of the Paris business district La Defense! Welcome to my apartment qui is very close to Paris city center by an easy access to Metro, RER, Train and Bus! Only 15 minutes to Charles de Gaulle (Triumphal Arch) and to famous Champs Elysee!
I am a young graduate who is now working at La Defense (most of the job in Paris are there). My office job is only 10min walking from my home so I can meet you at anytime for the check in and check out.
As I m used to travel and to meet foreigner, I see Homestay have a great opportunity! Financially of course but most of all for meet interesting people. If you come During the weekend When I m not working I would love to help you in your trip in Paris. We Can Even Go Do Some activities together if you want :)
During the week you will be autonomous MOST goal of the day I can of course help you for your trip organization or if you need French translation. We can share our dinner in the evening if you want (do not hesitate to ask) or I can show you some good restaurant around my area!
You will get free Wifi and be Provided with towel and soap. You can use everything in the flat (Kitchen staff, washing machine, TV ...) as long as you clean it afterward and do not break it!
Do not hesitate if you-have Any Question! I m used to have Homestay guest but not so much as host so if something is not clear, ask!

About the Area
This area of La Defense is very quiet and secure. You will be very surprised to find this little country street and cut dans le heart of La Defense and the big tower Paris! It's amazing to see a little garden in front of your window and a little bit on the left 600 feet tower!
My apartment in a small house inside (only 6 apartment) where everyone know everyone :).
You will be close to all convenience: One of the biggest mall center in France at 5 minutes walking distance as well as Metro, Tram, Train and Bus as la même distance to reach Paris city center in Few Minutes! (15min)

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
The most important rule is to respect the apartment. You can use everything as long as you do.
As I am working during the week I would prefer that you come back before midnight / 1am and without making too much noise as the neighbors have the "light" ear ...
During the weekend however, no problem, you can come back whenever you want and I can even be your guide;)
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.

Adrian is a great host!
We stayed two nights at his place. He came to metro station to take us because we didn't know how to go to his apartment. He helped us to know more about Paris's attractions and even helped us to find a right hotel for the rest of our holidays in Paris.
He is a fantastic individual and for sure I recommend him and his place while visiting Paris.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
