Our house is located in a very quiet, safe, and convenient residential area.
10 MINUTES WALK TO CONSERVATOIRE GENNEVILLIERS.
It’s only two minutes walks to the nearest metro station N°. 13 LES COURTILLES (Asnières-Gennevilliers).
It’s a direct line to the Place Clichy, Saint Lazare (Opera-Galeries Lafayette), Invalides (Alexandre Bridge), Champs Elysées Clémenceau, Miromesnil, Duroc, Montparnasse...
We have 3 spaces charming single rooms, full of sunlight. Rooms are well furnished with a very comfortable bed, big wardrobe, table and chair. Common use of bathroom and toilet. We have our own bathroom.
You have 3 commercial center: Quartz, Enox and Des Chanteraines.
We speak French, English, and Indonesian. We have two daughters. They are very friendly. They play piano, guitar, and violin. They learn Chinese.
The price is including electricity, internet.
Maximum reservation one month. With the possibility long stay period, after one month booking.
We accept only females guests.
No smoking guests.
It's possible with meals (dinner). We may discuss it later.
At ours, you are at yours! We respect your privacy.

My daughter stayed at Sébastien‘s place for 9 months to study in Paris. Sébastien and his family are kind, welcoming and very supportive people. I really appreciate how much they have done for my daughter. The house is very neat, clean and convenient location. I highly recommend to stay at their place!!

My stay was for almost 3 months and was quite satisfying. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and the room was quite spacious with all necessary arrangements for a long stay. Sebastien is a very welcoming, gracious and accomodating host. This being my first time in Paris, Sebastien helped me feel at home by always being available for advice about going around the city and any other small help I required. Highly recommend Sebastien's house if you are looking to find a peaceful corner in the chaotic Paris.

Sébastien and his family is really nice and helpful. The house is clean and located in a nice and quiet area, near to shops, M13 and tram stops, I could reach city center in 15 mins. I had a lovely stay at their house, felt welcomed. Also, I was able to work from home since it was quite and I was not disturbed by anybody or anything.
I recommend it for long and short term stay. Really good place to stay when you are in France.July 2016

Sehr nette hilfsbereite Familie. Aber ein Herz Abzug,da die Lebensmittel für das Frühstück nicht gerade dem frischen Zustand entsprachen. Strenge hygienische Hausregeln nur für Gäste.June 2013
The family was really nice to me. They offered mi their food, and made me feel at home:) The family also gave me the map, and helped me to plan my days in Paris. I really enjoyed staying with them. The location is 20 minutes from the centre, but luckily it was 5 minutes walk to the metro station:) Very nice and quiet neighbourhood. I heartily recommend staying with this family!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
