5 beds possible as follows: 2 Homestays in an independent villa on 450 m2 of fenced land, house located in Lunel Viel. The bedrooms are upstairs with the bathroom and toilet next door. A living room offers the possibility of a snack on the spot or a tea with the possibility of a fifth bed.
There is no air conditioning, the roof insulation is from 2019, according to the best current criteria, roller shutters on the skylights and blackout curtains for the 2 bedrooms.
This is my main residence, we share: Access to the kitchen, It is possible to use it in community with me, on the ground floor. To be used as a “good father. “It is possible to bring your dog, but he stays outside, I have allergy problems. It is possible to smoke on the small balcony upstairs and on the terraces.
Terrace with pergola, garden furniture and barbecue. Drying rack, washing machine and secure parking spaces.

About the Area
Lunel Viel, historic village with all shops nearby is 20 minutes from the beaches: La Grande Motte, Le Grau du Roi, the village is halfway between Montpellier and Nîmes with magnificent towns or villages in fabulous landscapes around in the nearby scrubland. Nearby: Lunel, a small town famous for its markets on Thursdays and Sundays.
Activities: Walks in the Cévennes at 30km. Tree climbing…All sports activities by the sea…surfing kit, sailing, mountain biking, horse riding…Historic sites, festivals…Camargue bullfighting traditions: cockade race.
Lunel Viel: Between August 20 and 25, a small quality festival, A piano under the trees, not to be missed!
Possibility to come by tram and bus from Montpellier.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
