I'm 68 and I live alone. I am retired from the national education (associate professor modern letters). The apartment is 1mn from the tram station Acropolis, which puts us at just 10mn from the city center. This is an apartment on the 8th and top floor with a very large terrace and a stunning east / west view

The Rue de la République leads in 5 minutes on foot to the Place Garibaldi, entrance of the old Nice. With the tram, the beach is about ten minutes away.

Claudine est une hôte soucieuse du bien être de ses visiteurs. Elle est accueillante, respectueuse et discrète. L'endroit permets intimité et confort. Bien situé, à quelques pas du tramway. Plusieurs centres intérêts à proximité. Vraiment un séjour charmant!!

We had a lovely stay with Claudine. Her apartment was close to the tram stop so was very convenient. Claudine was very helpful with suggestions of places to see.

I cannot recommend Claudine enough. She is a lovely lady who made us feel so welcomed in her home and was so helpful. She was always checking in with us and giving us things to do. The apartment is located right near a bus stop that gets you to nearby attractions such as Eze and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. It was a very clean place to stay! I will be recommending her to anyone travelling to Nice!

Claudine is a very kind lady who is great to stay with. She is very polite, helpful and caring. Despite having to reduce my stay due to a family issue, Claudine was helpful and supportive. she even helped me when i was unwell, and had endless advice on navigating the city.
Overall, a fantastic experience in all ways.
Claudine est une femme très gentille avec qui il fait bon vivre. Elle est très polie, serviable et attentionnée. Malgré avoir dû réduire mon séjour en raison d'un problème familial, Claudine a été serviable et solidaire. elle m'a même aidé quand j'étais malade et m'a donné des conseils sans fin sur la navigation dans la ville.

Incroyable séjour,Claudine est une personne très sociable mais qui vous laisse votre intimité si vous le souhaitez. Claudine est vraiment une hôte parfaite. Je recommande vivement.
L’appartement est simple et très bien situé ( 2 min de l’arrêt du tram, 15 min à pied de la plage, magasin à 5 min à pied) tout le nécessaire pour passé des très bonne vacances.
Si on reviens sur Nice, on reviens chez Claudine sans hésiter.

Claudine is very friendly and a very helpful lady. Everything was available and possible to use for example the kitchen items and the iron as well the air conditioner. Everything was perfect also the location is next to the tram. A weekly tram ticket costs 15,-€ directly from the airport. I would recommend Claudine‘s flat every time. It’s worth it. I will definitely come back.

Claudine was so welcoming and hospitable, I loved staying with her for the couple of weeks I was in Nice. I would definitely stay with her again. Such a wonderful host!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. When can I share my contact details?
