Hi, I'm Clara. I speak English, French, Spanish, and some Japanese. Join us for a multicultural experience in a multilingual family setting.
As avid travelers, we love welcoming guests just as warmly as we hope to be welcomed in the countries we visit.
Our home is in a quiet, safe, and convenient residential area. We look forward to hosting you in our cozy, vibrant house with a Zen garden.
We are just FIVE stations to Paris and direct to the Champs-Élysées, the famous Parisian boulevard lined with luxury shops, cafés, and historic monuments and SEVEN stations to Disneyland. You will have easy access to train stations, airports, universities, and more.
Our city offers a rich cultural life, including a cultural center, aquatic center, conservatory, restaurants, sports facilities, library, cinema, mall, and plenty of nature. Rest assured, we will share all the tips you need to make the most of your Paris visit.
Welcome to PARIS! You will be treated like a member of our family. During your stay, you will be our exclusive guest. Breakfast is included, and we can share brunch or dinner on request.
Additional amenities like a coworking space, luggage storage, airport shuttle, french courses and shiatsu massage are available upon request.

PLEASE BOOK AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL !
You can stay with us for a minimum of 3 nights first, and let me know if you would like to extend your stay.
A. Only verified guests are accepted (identity, email, phone number, etc.).
B. To CONFIRM your booking:
- Booking Deposit : 50% upfront to confirm the reservation.
- Remaining Balance : Due upon arrival.
C. Payment Method: we accept bank transfert or paypal. Once your booking is confirmed, our PayPal account details is sent (enter our personal email address and put *friend* as reference to get 0€ fees. If not, the fees are at your expense).
D. To CANCEL your booking:
- 90% refund if canceled up to 30 days before arrival.
- 50% refund if canceled up to 10 days before arrival
- 30% refund if canceled up to 07 days before arrival
- Refund is calculated over the total value of the reservation
- During your stay: Payment for the remaining days is due.
***This is your home away from home, and you'll have your own room during your stay. To maintain our house in top condition and provide a comfortable environment, we kindly ask that you:
- Do not smoke inside the house.
- Avoid eating in the bedroom.
- Do not invite guests inside the house without prior approval.

We had a lovely stay such a lovely place and we received a warm welcome from the family. We are truly grateful thank you Clara and family.

We had a brilliant stay with Clara. Clara and her family could not have made us more welcome. Her home is very comfortable with a lovely hot shower and comfy beds. Clara cooked us two fantastic meals which we shared with her and her family. It was very easy to walk from her house in a neighbourhood thaf felt very safe to the RER train station, for us a 15 minute walk. We had a stunning few days exploring Paris and Clara was always very helpful with suggestions. We would definitely return, and staying with Clara and her family made our stay much more memorable and enjoyable than if we had checked into a hotel.

Our stay was wonderful. Clara and Roland were very kind and we felt at home. The house is beautiful and cozy and the breakfast they prepared for us was delicious. Definitely a place to come back! Thank you for the great welcome, we hope to come back soon!

Clara is a wonderful host-kind, helpful, and polite. She has a lovely house in a nice area, making for an amazing memory in Paris. The location is perfect for visiting Paris and Disneyland, offering a peaceful retreat with a serene atmosphere. I definitely recommend Clara's Seal Home to any future guests. I had a very lovely stay at Clara's home! The family were welcoming and very kind. They were very helpful and made my stay in Paris very pleasant. The meals were delicious! Clara also helped me with learning some French! The house is clean, cosy and warming. I highly recommend!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
