About the Area
Our home is located in the city center, in a quiet location, close to shops.
You are 6 minutes from the RER E station which takes you to Paris (in 15 minutes). You also have buses and Tramway 1.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Jean François was a great host. From the moment I arrived, he welcomed me with a warm smile and he asked me if I need towels or anything else. The room was like the pictures, nice and cozy. Every time I needed something, Jean François was there to help. He says in the description that he keeps a clean house, and it is true. Not only clean, but you also have a bathroom equipped with toilet paper, soap, shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen is also fully equipped with all the cooking equipment you might need (fridge, microwave, electric oven, dining plates, frying pans, cooking pots, and so on). The house is close to the train station that brings you to Paris in about 20 minutes. To sum up, I had a great time and I thank Jean François for his gracious hosting.

Wir haben unsere Zeit in der kleinen schön eingerichteten Wohnung sehr genossen und wurden freundlich aufgenommen. Für uns war es genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Nähe zur Stadt, gute Anbindung an den Zug und doch etwas ruhiger gelegen. Dazu kein großer Luxus sondern Gemütlichkeit und echte Gastfreundschaft. Jean François ist für jeden empfehlenswert der recht günstig und trotzdem gut wohnen möchte und der neben den typischen Sehenswürdigkeiten auch etwas vom Leben der Menschen in der französischen Hauptstadt erleben möchte.

A very pleasant stay. Jean François kindly provided us a crib to our little one. Room with a fan and blackout curtain. The place is quiet and calm, great to have a good rest after a busy day. Also, the location is very good and safe, 5 minutes walking from Noisy Le Sec train/metro station, which connected us to Gare Du Nord (main station) in another 5-8 minutes. Basically, took us 15-20m to be in the centre of Paris.

Jean Francois is very nice, the rooms are clean and well equiped. There is not a lot to do in the neighborhood, but with the train you can get to the center of Paris quickly. I enjoyed my stay here.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
