We offer two private rooms in our family apartment for 2 people and 1 CLOSE TO PARIS: 5 MINUTES FROM NORTH STATION (CYAN) OR 12 MIN OF HAUSSMANN SAINT LAZARE (OPERA) AND 25 MIN FROM LYON STATION - "NOISY LE SEC" STATION (RER E) IS LOCATED 5 MINUTES ON FOOT OF THE HOUSE -
YOU WILL BE IN MY HOUSE OF 115 M² (3 LEVELS) WITH SMALL GARDEN.
WE ARE LOCATED IN THE CENTER TOWN AND ALL AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE ON FOOT WITHIN 5 MINUTES (RER - TRAM - BUS - SUPERMARKET - MARKET TIMES A WEEK 3) YOU WILL BE RE WELCOME IN OUR SMALL FAMILY (MYSELF, MY BROTHER IN AN INDEPENDENT LIVING STUDIO AND MY TWO CHILDRENS OF 16 AND 20 YEARS OLD) - WE ARE A QUIET AND FRIENDLY WELCOMING FAMILY WHO LOVES THE TRADE WHILE RESPECTING EACH OF TRANQUILLITY.
YOU WILL LODGE IN A ROOM OF 11 M2 (1 person) OR 12M (2 persons) WITH A DRESSING ROOM AND AN OFFICE. INTERNET AND WIFI ARE INCLUDED. THE ROOM IS LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR.
THE TOILET AND THE BATHROOM WILL BE SHARED AND YOU CAN USE WHEN YOU WANT THE KITCHEN.
ANIMALS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
I CAN YOU RECEIVE DURING THE WEEK AFTER 5PM.

About the Area
The guesthouse is in Huadu Noisy le sec, 8 minutes from Paris city center, Huadu We are in the suburb of Paris, if you want to go to the center of Paris you must take public transportation: it takes you 8 minutes by RER E to join 'Gare du Nord-Magenta gold 13 minutes to Haussmann St Lazare - Opera' and 10 minutes by bus to join the Metro Bobigny Raymond Queneau. It is very convenient if you want to go to visit the city center of Paris.

House Rules
It is forbidden to smoke in the house. The smoking area is the garden. Please protect the house and when you get close and exit the house. No pet is allowed inside the house. Feel free to use the kitchen, but please do not forget to clean after use! Please do not make noise after 23h Please do not invite strangers into our house if you want to invite a friend, tell me in advance. Please enjoy your stay and treat our home as if it were your own!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
