It’s a great homestay experience not only the convenient location (1-2 minuets to MTR) but also Catherine and her husband’s friendly, caring and sharing the useful information such as recommended visit museum, desert and restaurant. You must stay in Catherine’s house if you love to enjoy the artist, good foods like local people in Paris not as a passenger ;)
I am happy to stay in Catherine’s home if I come to Paris again :)

Just the warmest and lovely family ever. I've done a few homestays in Paris and amongst a great set of experiences, can say that Catherine and her family were one of the very best. Not only were they unbelievably patient with my French, they are such an active, intelligent and engaging family that I found them all somewhat inspirational in how life should be lived. The apartment itself is in a lovely modern building very close to the Seine and just opposite a giant supermarket and shopping mall. One couldn't wish for a more perfect homestay experience.

My trip could not have been complete if it not were for Catherine and her wonderful family. They go above and beyond when it came to then making sure I felt right at home and what I could do while in the city. I was able to get the most out of my trip thanks to these amazing people they were able to experience the genuine Parisian lifestyle. Catherine and Francois provided amazing hospitality and took me in like a family member I will miss our conversations over dinner and wine. I took so much back with me and I have this beautiful family to thank for I will definitely be looking forward to sharing more memories with this family on my next travels!!

I found them online only two weeks before my arrival and I was very lucky that they still had room, and even luckier because they're the best people I could have found. Everything was perfect! They're the nicest family and the kindest people. The apartment is very well located and also very cozy. I only stayed for a couple weeks, but they made me feel very comfortable and always tried to help me.

My stay with my hostess Catherine and her husband Francois was the best. They included me in French family life and helped me so often when I needed it. Some of these were, going with me to the ATM as I don't use one at home in Spokane and checking on how to get to places on the metro like the Espace Dali museum and shop in Montmartre, the Jacquemart-Andre Museum and the Henri Cardin Art Nouveau collection located above Maxim's restaurant in the center of Paris. We had so many good conversations about English and French and ways of living in Paris and the US. I had a small cold when I arrived and she helped me get over it as she is an extremely well-educated pharmacist. She helped me get an on-line ticket to the Eiffel tour to avoid standing in line at the site for the ticket and was so good when I stressed out checking in and getting my boarding pass with Air France when it had been on strike for some weeks. Catherine was consistently helpful in accessing my email several times a week. She has a washer and dryer and assisted me with getting my laundry clean.
The apartment is very good and located in the Beaugrenelle area within sight of the Eiffel tower from the street in front of the apt. house. The area is quite safe and so convenient to everything including a one block walk to the metro. You can stand at her windows on the 4th floor above ground level (5th in the US,use the apt house elevator)and watch people in the street going into and out of the Monoprix across the street as though live on Google. I was fascinated by the really successful bicycle program right on the street below to see people use and check in the bicycles and the maintenance trucks show up to service and transfer the bikes each morning. You see all kinds of people including tourists accessing these bikes all over Paris.
The bedroom was cozy, convenient and private. The apt. itself is very tranquil as they've installed great modern double paned windows for quiet and efficiency. Since the toilet area is separate from the bathroom on the corridor, it's very available even though shared.
This trip had been a dream of mine since I was in my 20's as I would really have liked to live in Paris or elsewhere in France to experience the life and practice the language for 6 months. This month+ visit was one where I had the time of my life and felt that Catherine and Francois were my friends. I loved staying with these lovely people and feel so lucky. I hope to return in 2017 and will keep in touch for sure.July 2014
An extraordinary host family. All hosts are kind and friendly. Also, thanks to Francois' book of Wang Shu and Catherine's nice dinner.

I honestly could not think of anything negative during my stay at Catherine's. Catherine, François, Xavier and Claire were very caring and hospital. Despite my beginner-level French, they were really patient and willing to chat with me (in both English and French) and include me in their always-interesting conversations. The room I stayed in wasn't too big, but it was tidy, nicely decorated, and above all, made me felt like home. must say it is much more cozy then the photos provided online as of June, 2014, and it's even possible to see the Eiffel Tower from their kitchen window! Their apartment is also located very close to metro, RER, and bus stations, although for me, walking home along the Seine was more enjoyable and romantic.
I feel extremely lucky to have found Catherine's online. My three week stay was an authentic French experience full of love and laughter!
