I live in the center of PARIS 15 ° in a residence near the Seine and the Eiffel Tower, j '3 children and 2 grandchildren, but only my Master student girl living at home, J' welcomes students foreign Catholic Institute since 1982. mostly Americans and Japanese. In the immediate vicinity of the house you will find; Cinema, Restaurants, Swimming, Tennis, Grand Mall Beaugrenellel, Metro, Bus.etc ......

No cigarettes at home, no pets, do not invite strangers without our agreement, no noise at night to respect the neighbors, Shared bathroom with the family. It is forbidden to smoke in the room and in the house. With a small supplement, Possibility to have dinner with the family,
We are open to any discussion, or request for information. when possible I can only receive 1 person per stay.
Minimum stay 3 to 7 days maximum.
Liability of the guest: if not respecting the reservation contract, or departure before the end of the stay, no claim.
Priority to the 1st booking confirmation.
Arrivals: Saturdays from 12 pm and departures on Sunday at 12 pm at the latest.
Smoking Rules

Mon séjour avec Faty a été très agréable! Il y avait une ambiance chaleureuse, vraiment familiale, et l'accueil était très bon. On a beaucoup parlé de tout. La prochaine fois j'aimerais visiter Faty, voire séjourner chez elle si c'est possible. // My stay with Faty was very pleasant. The atmosphere was very warm, a real family spirit. The conditions were great, too. We could speak about everything. The next time I go to Paris, if it's posible, I'd love to stay at Faty's place

Faty was a good host. Her place is cozy, and she puts out a simple breakfast. Nothing fancy, but definitely worth the prize of staying in Paris. It's a little out of the way from downtown, in a commercial district, but it's near the Seine and you can see the Eiffel Tower from the area. The public transportation options getting there are good though, so it was worth being a bit out of the center in order to save some money. I would advise other non-French-speaking travelers to have some basic French as I found it a bit hard to communicate with her (I had one semester in college). Nothing that we didn't work through though, and she was always very helpful and positive.

Very pleasant host. She assisted me greatly on how to get to various tourist sites.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
