Large room on the second floor of a modern building. Double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, lamp. The kitchen to be shared is fully equipped with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, and a washing machine. A hair dryer and an iron are kept at your disposal.

Room price for a single guest is an 122 euros,
and price for a couple is 162 euros.

House Rules
In order to book, your profile will show a clear picture corresponding to your passport and will indicate that you are legal age.
A copy of your passport and your flight details will be requested as well as the reason of your visit to Paris.
The settlement of the room fee with an additional guarantee deposit of 300 € for the keys should be done within a week after the Homestay reservation.
No smoking, no street shoes and no pets in the flat -
No food/alcohol in the room. Strangers are not allowed to visit.

I and my daughter 6 yrs old are so glad to stay here. My daughter is so so happy and learn so many thing about French culture. She loves her host family.
Room and apartment is so nice, clean and modern. Location is excellent!!! Safety!!!
Closed to louver museum , shopping and nice restaurants around.Mister fletcher is nice, kind and friendly. He always take care us and caring . He had delicious macarons for welcome us. Nice bakery for breakfast. Last day, bring us tour in cool place in area and had dinner .
Moreover, Give us some medicine when we feel not well. It means a lot for us.I feel really really like we are family.
I understand now what is host family means

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
