My apartment has the charm of the old. Very sunny, it is located on the 4th floor in a ventilated area and living close to everything Paris has to offer. Within minutes, you walk in the Luxembourg Gardens. Several subway lines and buses take you in less than 15 minutes to the most popular monuments, Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Orsay museum ... Nearby you have restaurants, shops ... Florence is retired, loves accommodate overnight guests and share with them his knowledge of Paris.

My apartment is located on the Left Bank of Paris, in the lively Montparnasse district, a neighborhood of artists! Within minutes, you walk in the Luxembourg Gardens. Several subway lines and buses take you in less than 15 minutes to the most popular monuments, Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Orsay museum ... Nearby you have restaurants, shops and ... as theaters and cinemas.

House Rules
Smoking in the house is not allowed. I prefer that the food is not kept in the room. The kitchen is there for. You can use the kitchen from 18h to 20h tonight, and I'll be happy to show you the items. You can of course use the dining room at your convenience when I'm not there. Please enjoy your stay and treat my house as if it were your own but thank you not to invite strangers home. There is no smoking in the house. Thank you not to invite strangers into our home if you want to invite a friend, tell me in advance.

I really enjoyed staying with Florence. She was very welcoming and helpful in every way and made me feel at home in Paris. The area is also very convenient and interesting. I would not hesitate to recommend this homestay and would love to return.

My daughter and I shared the Yellow Room in June 2015 and had a wonderful time. The location is VERY convenient to the Paris metro; the room was very comfortable; and Florence greeted us each morning with hot coffee, orange juice and croissants! :) The information Florence was able to provide about the area museums also helped us decide which ones to visit. While we were not able to use his services, Florence's son-in-law does private guides of Paris, so be sure and ask about him if you are interested in a more personal exploration of this beautiful city. We are very pleased with these accommodations and recommend Florence's homestay to anyone interested in visiting Paris.

I had a wonderful time stay in Paris with Florence. We had a lots of fun conversations and she is always willing to help you for anything. Her apartment is very artistic and there are many little decorations and flowers which make me fell very warm and enjoyed living here with her. Also the metro station and train station in just right down the neighborhoods which is super convenience. Can't describe how amazing she is and I will definitely visit her again next time in Paris.

Florence was a wonderful & helpful host, the apartment is in a great area within a short walk to St Germain & the Latin quarter, and I had a very comfortable bed in a quiet room!

What a great first homestay experience! I am glad that I have spent my first three weeks in Paris at Florence's apartment. I felt very comfortable and safe in the apartment and in the 14th arrondissement. With the close metro station and the train, you get around in Paris very well. Florence was always there for me, gave me helpful advice and helped me whenever I needed her assistance.
I can definitely recommend staying at Florence's apartment.

A friend and I stayed with miss Noel for about two weeks, an I can honestly say that we had an amazing stay. Other than being hosted by someone that was kind and ready to help in anyway possible, the house was adorable and well centered, with plentyiful options regarding nourishment and metro service. We had a wonderful time, and if we were ever to stay in Paris again, we'd definitely ask Miss Florence to stay with her again.

I stayed with Florence for one month mid May - mid June attending a language school. Staying with her was a great experience. She is very kind and helpful. She gave me many helpful advice and suggestions from metro lines to places for shopping and sightseeing. She even spoke French to me at times to help me improve my French. The location is great next to the metro and 5 minutes walk to the train station which was great when I traveled to other provinces. I was so pleased with my stay at her apartment that I commanded her to my daughter and she will be staying with her in 2 weeks when she visits Paris.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
