My wife and I live in a 4 bed family home in a village in France 200 metres from Switzerland.
We are in the heart of Europe and an ideal base for walking hiking,skiing or touring France and Switzerland , or for staying to do business in Geneva.
From our rear garden we have a stunning view of Mont Blanc and from the front of our house we have view of the Jura
We are located in a rural Area yet only only 20 mins from Geneva airport and
5 mins from the lake ,and 20 mins from Central Geneva
Our house is approx 230 sq metres on 3 levels including the sous sol (part of the house is below ground level.
The plot is approx 1900 sq metres
The area where we live is very quiet but has access to walking and cycle trails
We are ideally placed for people who like walking ,skiing ,sailing or cycling or exploring places in France and Switzerland or Italy
In spring summer we frequently have BBQ,s so you could enjoy a nice meal drinking French wine on the Patio and soaking up the really nice views
We have 4 bedrooms ,one with en suite shower,2 bathrooms , a separate shower room and a separate appartment In the lower part of the house which includes a large shower room gymn and at the moment we are planning to build a Sauna area,which hopefully will be completed mid summer 2016

Our house is 10 mins from chavannes shopping centre,20 mins from the centre of Geneva.
15 mins from Ferney Voltaire and 10 mins from Divonne and 20 mins from the nearest skiing in the Jura .
Approx 1hr from good ski resorts in France near mt blanc

Ce logement, en sous-sol de la maison, n'est pas adapté à un séjour de vacances, comme j'ai essayé de l'expliquer au propriétaire. En effet, les canalisations d'écoulement des eaux passent par la pièce aménagée en chambre-salon, ce qui nous a valu des réveils très matinaux (7h30). Nous avons donc écourté notre séjour. De plus, quelques mots de français seraient les bienvenus de la part des "accueillants", nous avons été les seuls à faire des efforts pour échanger dans notre mauvais anglais.

The place was excellent, very nie rooms and brealfast. Si close to Geneva, but you can enjoy the nature, tracks for ealking and biking. Mant things to do around. The owners very nice and helpful.

Very hospitable ,very comfortable,host made us very welcomed and helped us with recommended sightseeing and where to go out for dinner ,breakfast was great,would highly recommend .
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
