I am an architect and also work from home. My interests: travel, foreign languages, culture, nature and the environment. I'm also interested in politics and social affairs. As you can see in the photos, I also like to take pictures....
I speak good German, English and Italian. My knowledge of Spanish and French is very limited, but I understand quite well.
To relax, I like to cook and bake.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a living room, 1 balcony, 1 entrance, 1 bathroom.
You are welcome to use the kitchen. You would only have to share the bathroom with me. You can schedule a specific time to use the bathroom if you have to get to work or college early in the morning.

For your information - the apartment does not have a lift.

About the Area

Central inner City-West, close to Kudamm.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor without a lift. The district is called Wilmersdorf and has a good infrastructure in terms of shops, doctors, banks, leisure activities.

It's not as cool here as in the hip areas of Kreuzberg and Prenzlauer Berg, but it's more comfortable. Wilmersdorf is known as the safest district in Berlin.

Right on the corner, 2 minutes away, is the S-Bahn station `Hohenzollerndamm` and some bus lines. A kiosk with newspapers, subway tickets, sweets, etc. is right in front of it. On the other side of the street there is a café, a pharmacy, a medical center and in the S-Bahn station there is a Turkish snack bar. There is a Lidl discounter 300m away. 800 m away is the Westfälische Straße with very good quality shops and the upper Kudamm, 1000 m away is the Fehrbelliner Platz with subway, some shops etc. an organic market with a very good café. Nearby, in the direction of Uhlandstrasse, is `The New School`. At the corner of Uhlandstraße/Berliner Straße you will find all sorts of shops and cafés, snack bars, restaurants and banks. There is another underground station, Blissestraße.
The FU Berlin is easy to reach by bus. You can reach the city center/Potsdamer Platz by S-Bahn in 21 minutes.

Very close by, about 300 m away, begins the Volkspark Wilmersdorf, which stretches to the Schöneberg town hall. Here J.F. Kennedy stood on the balcony and uttered the famous sentence: "I am a Berliner".
The park is designed as a landscape park. Here, when the weather is nice, you can spread out your blanket and read a book or watch the boules players at the Hirschbrunnen fountain. Of course, you can also just walk or cycle here.

Thank you very much, Diego! I can´t add nothing to your review, same I would have said about you.
You are always welcome back, even if you want to stay just for some days.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
