I would love to welcome you to my home in Reinickendorf. Not far from Tegl-airport and with direct conection to Alexanderplatz. I have 1 Single room to offer. Facilities are TV, Radio, and Desk and Lamp. There is also Internet conection. Subway U8 is close; maybe you like to explore Berlin by bike.
I'm 44 years and enjoys sports / cyceling, socialising, cooking, watching movies, music, gigs, festivals, painting, reading, learning foreign languages, travel, nature, theatre, and opera. I speak English and German and I'm still trying to come up with french.
Please mind: full breakfast is not included. You will be invited to have a Cup of coffee and some Cornflakes as long as I will be at home. If I will be not at home, feel free to prepare the breakfast by your own. You will find two supermarkets and bakery-shops near by to buy the food you need for your daily demandings. Also keep in mind: I rent the room short times for living purpose. It is not an office. When you come to Berlin to work as a free-lancer. and you concidering to run your business from the room you are living - not here!

About the Area
Once you confirm your booking you will get an email with our exact address. I can help you then with exact directions too if you let me know how you will be arriving. So don't worry you won't have any problems finding us in Reinickendorf.

Dirk is very friendly and likes to share his knowledge of Berlin. Although he lives alone, he receives lots of people wanting to learn German and friends of him. It has been a very good stay at Berlin. I recommend Dirk to anyone loving foreign cultures and really wanting to discover Berlin.

Dirk was very hospitable. Dirk shared his knowledge of Berlin and provided maps and details of how to best get around on public transport. Dirk enjoys travel and was happy to chat and share his experiences. The apartment was quiet and clean with a substantial breakfast served each morning.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
