About the Area
Don't worry as soon as you complete your booking and pay your deposit online you will get an email with our exact address. I can help you then with exact directions as soon as you let me know how you will be arriving. My house is very easy to find in Charlottenburg.

Nice flat warmed by a lovely family and dog! 6 minutes walking from a metro station of U12 line and 20 minutes by car from Tegel airport. Many facilities in the surrounding area which is one of the most peaceful and elegant district of Berlin.

The homestay is located very convenient place and close to UBahn station, restaurants, shopping mall etc.
I needed to work at the room, and Fernanda helped to make a special desk for me! ( tahnks! )

Mein Aufenthalt bei dieser Gastfamilie war wunderbar. Das Zimmer ist immer sauber und die Wohnung ist schön. Frau Fernanda und ihre Tocher sprechen sehr gut Deutsch und sie sind sehr hilfsbereit. Ich mag ihren Hund-Emma, sehr süß. Ich habe da sehr angenehm erlebt. Und diese Gastfamilie ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Frohes neues Jahr!

They were so nice :) and helpful.
I feel like I am home while staying there.
The location is really perfect. you can find U-bhan in 5 minutes from home.
and it will take you everywhere you want.
They have a dog, :) She is also super lovely.
I highly recommend you to stay here if you have a business in Berlin. :)

This experience with Fernanda and Emma was really greatful and awesome. She is absolutly respectful and a courteous host. She was also very forgiving and continuously generous to me. I am very gracious to Fernanda and her sweet doggie. I have to say she is one of the best Homestaybooking Hosts with which I have ever stayed.

The homestay is in a very nice, safe residential area, with close access to an UBahn station. The food is great, and the apartment is small, but cozy. I would definitely stay here again!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
