Hello, dear students, Berlin guests! Room in Central Berlin available! If you want to learn German language and culture - welcome to our family. I am a lecturer and my daughter, 17y.o. is a student. We are open minded to
all religions and we are looking for intercultural experience with language students from all over the world. We speak German, English, Russian, Spanish languages. You will have room with fridge and breakfast, towels and bed cloth, internet. Washing mashine and final cleaning charge are to pay an extra. We share bath and kitchen. Key deposit is 100,00 EU. So We have a piano and guitar and you can practice as much as you want. It is nice central area (15 min. To Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburg Gate, Zoo, Kurfürstendamm, Castle Street) with dog reds of restaurants, cafes, shops, cultural, sports, entertainment and education offers and you have a lot of transportation possibilities. (Monthly ticket for all kind of transportations adult ca.$ 133.00) bus station next to the house with 4 bus lines every 3 -5min., Underground station 8 min. walk, subway station 10 min. walk. If you come for study or school to improve your German language, it is a very popular reasonable international language school in min. 3 walk from the house. HU, TU, UdK 25-30 min. A community library with free internet, languages books and quite places in 3 min walk. Nice community swimming pool 2 min. So one to one additional German tutoring possible, if you wish. We can pick you up at the airport and give you lots of local information. We help you to open a German bank account and medical insurance. Please keep our home and secure double-lock the front door When entering and leaving the house. Watch your key. Key deposit 100.00EU. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after! Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over it just agree with me in advance Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
