I reside in a ground-floor apartment situated on Bizetstrasse, Weissensee. Weissensee is next to Prenzlauer Berg, a popular shopping destination with a mixture of independent bars, cafes and unique boutiques - the area has indeed been subject to gentrification over the past few years, but never-the-less retains authenticity and character amidst the protected buildings and historic monuments.
My home is just a stones throw away from Weissensee lake a great swimming spot in the summer...
S-Bahn station Greifswalder Straße (S42/S41) provides a fast and direct line around Berlin with airport transfers.
I live in my apartment with my two cats, so only pet lovers may apply.
I will only accept gay friendly visitors.

About the Area
My apartment is positioned on Bizetstrasse, close to Weissensee lake. The local M4 tram takes you directly to Alexanderplatz in just 15minutes. With excellent transport links and nearby shopping destinations, this is the perfect district for a quiet but well connected stay in Berlin.

All I ask is for a little R-E-S-P-E-C-T, that you leave the apartment in the condition you found it, be considerate with noise levels and to the neighbours and most importantly that you have a great stay!
Animal lovers only! (Persons with allergies are recommended NOT to stay). I have two cat's and this is their home, it is important that they feel comfortable with guests.
I am vegetarian, so I prefer guests that do not to cook meat.

Es war eine sehr schöne Woche bei Frau Lake. Ruhig, harmonisch. Die Wohnung liegt Zentral an einer S-Bahn, die direkt in die Innenstadt von Berlin führt. Netter Aufenthalt, den ich bei Bedarf wieder nutze.

Great people, great appartment, centrally located 15 minutes by feet to Alexanderplatz and also close to u bahn station.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
