Room details: 24sq.m. with window and bath (sink and toilet adjacent to the room).
The house is located 3 km. from Freiberg center, 10 minuts by bus (3 stops) or car to UNI TU Bergakademie Freiberg.
40 minuts to Dresden - 1.5 hours to Liepzig and 2 hours to the Capital.
Bus stop for the city 200 mt.from the House, train stop to all destinations - 800 m. from home.
We offer B & B and laundry services included in the price.
(*) For students: extra services for lunch box and full borad and extra discount for long staying.
(*) For traveler and business traveler: full and half board services, laundry, transferring and full organization of business trips and meetings (including personal accompaniment / organization of interpreting serices / booking, etc)
Extra services: pick / up from Airport Dresden / Berlin - central Railway Station.

• PAYMENT METHOD - SHORT STAYS (1/2 weeks):
Please note that we require our guests to pay in advance 50% of the total amount of the reservation, to guarantee the same (excluding from the amount to be considered the 15% commission already paid to Homestay to make the reservation)
• PAYMENT METHOD - LONG STAYS (1 or more months):
Please note that we require our guests to pay 20% of the total amount of the reservation in advance, to guarantee the same (excluding from the amount to be considered the 15% commission already paid to Homestay to make the reservation)
The remaining amount will be agreed from time to time with our guest.
• CANCELLATION POLICY:
We request our guests to cancel the reservation with at least 7 days notice. For cancellations made after this deadline, no refund will be made.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
