I have just moved to Hamburg and am looking forward to a good encounter from all over the world. I have 2 cats. My daily bread is architecture. That's why I work a lot. If time permits, I'll gladly show you Eimsbüttel - the most beautiful district of Hamburg ☺️

About the Area

Eimbüttel is probably one of the most popular districts of Hamburg

My apartment is a stone's throw from the main street and the Easter street. Osterstrasse: It is actually the business center Eimsbuettel: Here you will find everything you need for your daily needs. There is a Karstadt, various discounters, drugstores, well-stocked supermarkets (also a basic organic supermarket) and much more. This is nothing special, but it is quite comfortable, as you can save a long way or the Saturday trip to the city center for a new pair of socks.

Wednesday and Saturday there is a passable weekly market between the side streets Grundstraße and Methfesselstraße. This part of Eimsbüttel seems a bit like a small town in the big city - everything is somehow a bit slower, a little more provincial - you know each other, meet and sometimes you go to the "local pubs". The z.T. actually highly recommended.

All in all, you can feel very comfortable and safe here. All major connections to bus and train are within walking distance in less than 1 minute. It is 10 minutes to the city center.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
