Hey,
I am Maria Estela from Cuba.
Living in Cologne for 23 years. Since then I work as a dance teacher in Germany. Founder and director of the first Cuban dance school Omilayé in Cologne.
Cleanliness, order are important to me. I would generally describe myself as an uncomplicated, orderly, open person who likes to be harmonious.

About the Area

There are beautiful cafes, clubs, bars and restaurants on Venloer Str. (2 minutes on foot)
There are numerous good restaurants (which offer specialties from every corner of the world), clubs, coctailbars, pubs, theaters, 4 supermarkets (Rewe nearby: 24 hours open) as well as many shops, bookshops, banks and shopping. If you like to dance is also well-looked up.
The well-known Café Sehnsucht with its very good organic breakfast, lunch and dinner table and the "Van Dyck" coffee-house are also located in Körnerstraße.
Tuesday and Friday morning there is a weekly market at Neptunplatz (Venloerstr./Neptunplatz)
There is also the Neptunbad for relaxation in the bathroom and sauna.
The Café Goldmund and the Kaffebud are located in the immediate vicinity. Here you can have a delicious breakfast from 8 am.
Furthermore, two bakeries are within walking distance within a few minutes.
Ehrenfeld is a colorful and open district. Parking is free in the surrounding streets and you have the complete apartment for you :)

Check-in is after 15:00. After agreement / checkout other guests, the check-in guest can arrive earlier and deposit his luggage.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
