My name is Lilia and our place is 10 km away from Berlin centre. We have 1 Double and 1 Single room available to homestay guests.
I speak English, German, and Russian and enjoy cooking, reading, photography, learning foreign languages, socialising, travel and theatre.
My husband, Thomas enjoys sports, learning foreign languages )))), socialising, travel, gardening, and car, bike racing. He speaks German.
We have 2 children living at home.
Additional Info
There is no better way to learn a foreign language than to speak it in everyday situations. Your host Lilia offers qualified language instruction in his native language German. One hour of instruction costs 20.00 EUR. The classes will be given by the family member at the accommodation.
The room rate includes the following services: regular room cleaning, washing machine usage, and internet access

We are 10 km away from the center of Berlinl. When you confirm your booking you will get an email with our complete address so you won't have any problems finding us.

I stayed two weeks with Lilia and her family. She is really carefull and helpfull about the people she welcomes and the atmosphere between the family is very friendly.
The location is great, as it's only about 30 minutes to friedrichstraße (1 minute walk to the bus stop) and also there is a Netto and Kaiser's supermarket right next door.
The area felt very safe, and my room was clean and tidy.I would definitely recommend staying with Lilia and her family.

This is a really amazing home. Liliya and her husband Tom are both wonderful and caring and eating meals with them is wonderful. The way the family laughs and talks together you can really feel the love and warmth in the home, which for someone like me who is quite far from home here is really nice. Thomas is as well an amazing cook and I was able to try all sorts of new dishes that were all delicious. The stay was pleasant and relaxing and I was able to get a lot of work done but as well met a wonderful family - and felt very comfortable with Liliya. Definitely recommend!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
