It is a traditional cave house of Oia (the most beautiful village of Santorini), built on the Caldera cliff with a spectacular 180 degrees view of the caldera, volcano, Thirassia island, Aspronissi. The small complex is consisted of two apartments each one with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a WC, shower or bath and veranda and a small studio with a bedroom, a WC, shower and a veranda. Every unit has the same amazing view as the house is facing the sea, private entrance and private veranda. Perfectly sheltered from the cold north winds due to its location down on the cliff, the villa is an ideal place to stay and enjoy your coffee in the patio during spring time and autumn, even during winter time.
There is a path down from the house that leads into a small beach with small volcanic stones and amazing caldera view. You need to step down about 250 steps so it is suggested for athletic types. There are also sandy beaches only 3 kms from the house and a public swimming pool-cafe called Lioyerma only 8 minutes walking distance from the villa.
The house is consisted by 3 seperate units each one with private entrance and terrace.
The largest apartment (is a cave house about 67 sq.m.) accommodates up to 4 people, has one separate bedroom with a king size bed and two single sofa-beds in the living room. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher and a bathroom with shower. It has a veranda about 16 sq.meters.
The above mentioned apartment can is connected (through a door and a corridor with 6 steps) with a large Studio cavehouse about 50 sq.m.. that has one double bed, and one single sofa-bed in the same area. Accommodates 2-3 persons. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a telephone and a bathroom with bathtub. It has a veranda about 17 sq.meters.
There is also a small Studio-apartment (about 15 sq.m.) above of apartment no 2, which can accommodate 2-3 adults, has one seperate (by a door) bedroom with a double bed with a wonderful sea view and one single sofa-bed in the entrance hall. There is no kitchen. It has an aircondition, a refrigerator in the closet, a coffee machine and a bathroom with shower. It has a small balcony and a veranda about 6 sq.meters.
There are 140-160 steps from the main pedestrian street to the house, so our house is not recommented for persons with disabilities.
I am living with my guests in my home and i am available to offer guidance and assistance even the datess that i am not in the house as i am also travelling. When i am in the house i like sometimes to cook and invite our guests to join me with no charge.

Well what should I say. I travelled a lot in the last year and had never stayed with such a great host. Anastasia is such a lovely person and the same is the apartment. You can see the sea from every window and there is not a tourist that comes to your door which means it is really quite and relaxed. If we will come back to Santorini again, than definitely only staying by Ana.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
