We are living with my family in a beautiful south suburb of Athens nearby the sea. We have great view from the apartment, one can admire the whole Athens and the sea around the area!
There are all kind of transportations- tram, metro, buses that can easily get you to Akropolis, Plaka, Parthenon, Thissio and all the great sightseeings. The sea is 5 min with the tram.
There is also a very large square where I live, with fountains and a great selection of coffee shops, restaurants, creperie, ice cream shops and playgrounds for children. I hope that you will enjoy your holidays in Greece!

About the Area
The location of the house is south in Nea Smirni . It is a historic area where many people came to live here from Micra Asia near Konstantinoupoli after Micrasiatic catastrophe in1922. However, these people had an artistic culture which brought it here and changed the way of life of other local people, and esp. women found out new ways of cooking delicious food and more aristocratic in their behavior with their men. I have a lot more to say, but there is a whole historic background.. there is no time.
Near my house there is a square where there is supermarket, coffee shops, traditional village cheese shops, souvlaki shops and restaurants. Recently archaelogists found some archaelogical remains near some houses with olive trees .
The beaches are also near the house with clear blue water, and some of them have also coffee shops restaurants...but there are others that I can show you that are even more quiet. You can enjoy a great variety of them, so don 't forget your swimming suits..!

I stayed in the top floor flat for 5 nights and it was fantastic!! The neighborhood was close to the beach, a 10 minute walk to great dining, shopping, and the tram that takes you downtown to the Plaka and Acropolis. A great location if you want to be out of the tourist zone and experience living in an authentic, Greek neighborhood. The building is new, very clean and well kept with modern finishes. Dimitra was extremely helpful and is an excellent host. I highly recommend this property for anyone wishing to experience Athens. I loved Greece and will definitely be back !! Thank you Dimitra.

She is extremely helpful and her house is very nice and clean. Everything is close to her home. We quite enjoyed our stay.

Appartement très charmant et très propre, vraiment rien à redire!! De plus Dimitra est une personne sympathique et elle est toujours à disposition si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soi.

When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
