I'm a Montessori teacher and I live with my 4 years old daughter in a 140 m2 apartment in Kifissia, a very nice quite suburb plenty of pines, olives, and oranges, 30 min to the center of Athens. The area is completely safe. Just in front there is a bus station and the house is a 10 min walk to the metro station. Very close there is a lot shopping centers, cinema, restaurants, tennis club, football field, etc. Also is 30-45 min to the beach.
We offer a 20 m2 private room with private bathroom, with a balcony with view to the garden, and free internet.
The house has two other bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a fireplace and a piano.We have also a bicycle.
We like walking, swimming, reading, art, music, meeting people. We use natural products and organic food.

About the Area
So close to Athens but more like being in the countryside. The apartment is on the first floor of a house with two apartments (140 m²) with garden, in an area full of pine trees, cypresses, olive trees, near the prime minister's residence so in a more than safe neighborhood. The house is located next to a bus stop near the Electric Railway (Piraeus - Kifissia takes you quickly to the center of Athens (Omonia Thisio, Monastiraki) and connected to the Suburban (Neratziotissa) for access to the airport Eleftherios Venizelos course concludes Piraeus port). Very close is the historic and shopping center of Kifissia with many shops, cafes and award winning restaurants

Meals

House Rules
We like quite life and we don't like noise after 20.00. (It's time to bed for my daughter).
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after!
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
