Unique big house at the 1st floor with rooftop at 50s building in Monastiraki pedestrian flea market and exactly at the entrance to acropolis from ancient agora, decoretated with greek traditional , collective and handmade furnishments ,is an experience to stay visiting Athens .All rooms have balconies with view to acropolis hill the only green area in the center of Athens . .There are 2rooms connected with private toilet and kitchenette and balconies facing acropolis and filopappou HILLS for more than two guests .The rest part of 1st floor there is a big room facing flea market area with 2 balconies and one inner room with windows between bathroom and kitchen next at seating area center of the house there is an antique iron stairs drives you at rooftop and to doma a room with toilet shower cabine in it and a kitchen with a single bed and a sofa bed. available rooms or a part or all house maximum 10 guests.

I d like all guests to feel like home i can help them living in the same building .All guests have the key for the main entrance of the house and for their room important to know in toilet do not throw toilet paper serviettes and any other object. internet password printed label at the common area .

We stayed at Yota's for four nights and absolutely loved it. Beautiful room, great atmosphere, incredible location and amazing rooftop garden. Yota was a great host and made us feel really comfortable in her wonderfully stylish home. Will definitely try to stay here again next time we're in Athens!

The place is "okay", the rooftop appartment is great. But when i arrived for my 12 nights, the host told me she overbooked and that i had to move into another room or appartment after 2 nights. The other appartment was not acceptable (no door, no kitchen, rooftop & bathroom dirty). She told me she would give me my full money back, but in the end transfered just 2/3 of the money for 2 nights of 12.
(PS: homestay reimbursed the booking fee for the lost nights immediateliy, ty)

Amazing experience
I felt home from the first day. The house is beautiful and uniquely decorated. The rooms have beautiful balconies and the rooftop is a quiet pearl in the center of the city with a stunning view!! Jutta, the owner, is so welcoming and friendly and will go out of her way to make you comfortable and help out in any way she can. Thank you very much!
I recommend this place to anyone looking for a unforgettable local experience and I can’t wait to be back myself :)

Yota was a very accommodating host! Location was spectacular. Conveniently central to great attractions, including the Acropolis, museums, flea market, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time. The rooftop is lovely with an amazing view of the Acropolis. Location of the home is great, just steps to all sights and all the main attractions and metro.

We can recommend Panayiota Homestay. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable, and the situation was ideal for the Agora, restaurants, metro station, and markets. If the bathroom was not shared, we would have given her 5 stars.

Room was not as described. Construction during stay. Host was stressed and disrespectful. Hopefully as the construction comes to a close the situation will get better.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
