Holidayhome is situated in a big olivehain with 200 trees, 11000 sq, directly to walk on the corfu-trail
I'm Richard and look forward to hosting you for your stay in Korfu. I've 2 apartements available each with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and big terasse , 50 qm including Radio, TV, and Desk and Lamp. ( for about 3 or 4 persons.) Than I have A ONEBEDHOUSE FOR 2 PERSONS WITH A OWN BATHROOM. Also a gardenhouse, with air condition and kitchen , double bed, bathroom .My home is lonely between 200 Olive trees with a great view, but near restaurants (1000 m ) and several nice beaches. ( 3 km ) For trips you better rent a car, (40) or scooter (20), or 10 for a elektro bike, what we also provide. Also a nice swimming pool with terasse and outside kitchen.
For the end cleaning you have to pay 20 euro per stay
We are spiritual, are making meditations and energetic healing massages,....you can realise your interior life!
My family:
Yvonne is 31 and enjoys sports, socialising, music, gigs, festivals, photography, learning foreign languages, and travel. She speaks English, French, and German
Richard is 66. He speaks English, French, and German and enjoys sports, music, gigs, festivals, travel, and learning foreign languages

But often I am lonely here in Korfu
Niko will pick you up in Ermones for free, also from Korfu for 30 Euros.
Often you can use or rent my car for short shoppings for 10 euros a day.

Staying at Richards home was a pleasure, set in a beautiful area amongst his olive trees. Lovely pool and the little pink house was welcoming and clean.
Richard was a very good host and came and picked me up at he airport and took me back to Corfu port . Thanks for having me too stay. SandraJuly 2019

Firstly, a big plus for Richard for quick response and perfect contact for the whole holiday. All information presented clearly. Pricing conditions very beneficial in relation to the housing. The house is very comfortable, clean. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, a living room with kitchen was quite spacious. There was air-conditioning, high speed internet, TV with DVD, music equipment. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Equipment exceeded all expectations. Area is fenced, clean and nice. For guests there is a swimming pool, sun loungers and sun umbrellas. The area is quiet and peaceful. And here comes the only drawback, if you do not have a car it is unfortunately far from everywhere. For example, the beach can be reached by foot, but it is tiring and long trip. However, if you have a car (Richard can also rent his car) to the beach or to store road takes about 5 minutes by car. So it's nothing. From the village ride buses to Corfu town, and from there connections to the entire island.
The stay was great, perfect contact, Richard even ready for little negotiations :)
We would recommend to anyone! And I think we'll come back :D

La maison de Richard est vraiment très agréable et possède tout le confort pour passer un excellent séjour. La piscine perdue dans les oliviers est une jolie surprise. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances chez Richard.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
