This studio and the apartment, have both their own separate endrance and are located in the old town of Heraklion, 10min walk from the center, in an old traditional neighborhood.
The studio (25sqm) can accommodate upto 3 persons with a double bed and a single bed.
The apartment (45sqm) can accommodate upto 4 persons with a sofa which can be a comfortable double bed and a bunk bed which sleeps 2 more persons.
They are on the ground floor with a bathroom, a place to cook and air-conditioning(studio).
From here, you have access to all the main and interesting places in Heraklion town in a walking distance like pubs and bars, night clubs, but also museums the great Venecian walls surrounding the old town etc.
I will be always available at my mobile or online if the guests need something.
The neighborhood is an old traditional Mediterranean style. Near the center of the town and the market.
Public transportation is very often here and the bus stops in 50 meters and stations in 150 meters.

Me and my friend stayed here for over 4 months and we couldn’t be more happy with the stay. Nice studio and really nice landlord. The landlord was more than happy to help if we needed that. Would absolutely recommend.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
