We are a Greek family hosting in the 1st floor of our house, located in a green, quiet landscape near seaside in Pagasitikos Gulf.
The house is 261 meters far from the sea by road and 203 meters in a straight line. Measured to the closest beach, easy approached by feet from the house, though there are many more beaches around in the area, which of course could be approached by feet and other more far to other little villages which can be approached by car.
So using a car is up to your choice. There are plenty beaches around the village, both sides, that are more quiet and isolate.
Its a double house, with my parent living in the upper floor.
The studio is independent, 30 square meters, including, kitchen with Oven, Fridge, TV, Air condition and everything necessary a household needs.
Has one double bed and a bed couch but with bed mattress, transformed in two single real beds.

About the Area
Our house is located in Kalamos village in the west side of the municipal South Pelion, inside the Pagasitikos Gulf.
The area of Kalamos village, offers three (3) traditional greek restaurants (Taverna) and one (1) lounge Bar nearby the river.
Unfortunately there are NO Shops or Markets available, with the nearest ones being in Argalasti village about 6.5 km away.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

No smoking is permitted inside the house, there is planty space in the yard to enjoy it.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
