3' on foot to the sea and 20' away from the airport of Athens.
The private beroom is big,there is enough space for 2 people and a child.The common areas are:the living room and the yard.During your stay i ll be at the house (not all day)and i will be happy to show you the area and many interesting things to do!The house is near to the airport and will be a pleasant stop for you and your family as you can also get easily a taxi to the second port of Athens,which is 10' by car in case you want to catch a ferry to our beautiful islands.

About the Area
Our house is located 20 minutes away from the Athen's airport. 5' minutes from the beach.in our neighborhood you can find bakery,mini market and grocery, cafe's ,bar,hotels with swimming pools, a restaurant and a tavern.Also there is a marine 5' walking distance,and next to this area there is a basketball and a volleyball court.You can order food there too .

House Rules
It's to the guests' kind discretion to keep the place clean , to switch on the boiler for hot water after 11.00 pm maximum an hour since we have night electricity meter where the electricity supply is much cheaper . Also to respect the neighbours' peace .

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
