I live in Athens Greece suburb, 50 km from downtown, 2,5km from the beach. The house is independent in a 900m2 plot with a garden with roses and trees but not well kept because I have very little spare time. In addition, 3 dogs are running around, very friendly and rather quiet.
The house is a small cottage with a L.R and a small kitchen in the ground floor, a laundry and a WC for the terrace outdoors. In the 1st floor thre are 3 B/Rooms one en suite with the bathroom and another bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms. One dog is sleeping always in the house, free.
The villages of Palea Fokea and Anavyssos and beautiful beaches for swimming, are both 30min walking distance. In Palea Fokea you will enjoy the Greek islands' atmosphere and superb sunsets. There are tavernas and coffee bars but only in summer there are 4 cinemas.
It is a very pleasant house, full of light and good aura in an area with an icredibly good climat.

About the Area
Our house is situated about 2 km North of Palea Fokea village and 45-50 km from Athens. The airport is 30 min drive, the port of Lavrion 20min drive, Rafina port 45min and Piraeus main port 45min-60min, depends on the hour and day.
There is an orange bus with AC every one hour from Sounion to Athens, passing by Anavyssos, from 05:00 to 22:00 but you have to check te timetables. From the village of Saronida situated 4km from Anavyssos, ther is another blue bus, cheaper, going till Glyfada, Metro terminal Station, another suburb coser to Athens.

House Rules
Because of the remote area, we secure all doors and windows before leaving the house or going to sleep.
If you want to return after midnight, please let me know in advance.
Please, do not invite anyone at home without checking with me first.
We live in the country with all kind of other living creatures, birds, spiders, cats, dogs etc and we respect life without exception.
You can use the kitchen but keep it strictly clean because of ants and possibly ...mice!

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
