Why is my listing suspended?

If you receive any communication from us indicating that your listing is or could be suspended, it is definitely worth engaging with our customer support team. 
 
Homestay.com work hard to bring potential guests to view your host profile. 
We ask that all hosts engage with the platform and are responsive to all requests. A system algorithm is in place to ensure we promote hosts who accept requests. This is to ensure our guests are receiving the best possible service. 
 
Your account can be placed on suspended status if you have been consistently declining or ignoring requests. 
 
Our guests tell us that is very frustrating when some of our hosts don't reply. We want to ensure all the hosts on homestay.com are engaged and genuinely open to receiving guests. We understand that you are not always available. However, to ensure your account isn't removed permanently, you need to ensure that you accept more guests and keep your calendar up to date.
