Can a host cancel a booking?

All bookings on Homestay.com should be honoured by the host. In the unlikely event that you have a problem with honouring a booking, simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Click “Bookings”top right of page
  4. Select the booking that you want to cancel

5. Click on cancel this booking

 To ensure that our guests receive a good experience when booking on Homestay.com, it's important for you to note that multiple cancellations on your account can result in your profile being paused or deactivated.
