Can I change or cancel long term booking?

To change a booking you'll first need to confirm the change with your host. Once you have, please Contact Us and we'll amend your booking details.

You can cancel a booking  in your homestay account in the booking section and by contacting your host through our message system. 

Please note under our terms and conditions, if you cancel your booking the booking fee paid to homestay.com is non-refundable.
