Why can homestay.com deactivate my account?

Your account can be deactivated or paused for the following reason:

If you are a host:

  • Not responding to booking requests, declining multiple booking requests or not updating the availability calendar.
  • If we confirm that you are not living in the house
  • If the information provided is not accurate
  • If you have a duplicate profile.
  • If we receive continuous negative feedback and reviews from guest

 Host deactivations are at the discretion of Homestay.com

If you are a Guest:

  • Contacting a host inappropriately
  • If the information provided is not accurate

 Guest deactivations are at the discretion of Homestay.com
