Advice for hosts and guests regarding the Coronavirus outbreak

At Homestay.com, the safety of our hosts and guests is our number one priority.

Unfortunately, as the corona virus outbreak continues to affect more countries there is a higher percentage of guests unable to travel to affected areas and indeed hosts unable to accommodate guests into their home.

Refunds will apply, where your flight has been cancelled as a result of the corona virus, once proof of flight booking and cancellation is provided.

Refunds will apply, where proof that a college course or placement has been cancelled as a result of the corona virus.

Refunds will apply, where a host has made a personal decision not to accommodate a guest as a result of the corona virus outbreak.

Alternatively, instead of applying for a refund, we can offer you a travel credit for the value of your original booking fee, that can be used for your next booking. When you are ready to make your new booking, please contact us and we will arrange this for you.

Please ensure you keep up to date with your local authority and with the World Health Organization for information on all travel advisories.
